Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Arch (arch.gocools.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Gocools Account

Arch requires a Gocools account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or anything that could harm the platform
• Use the service to infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Exceed rate limits or otherwise abuse the API

4. Intellectual Property

The Arch service, including its interface, compiler technology, and visual canvas, is owned by GoCools LLC. Your architectures remain your intellectual property. The Terraform HCL generated by Arch is provided as a tool output and you assume full responsibility for its use in production environments.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Arch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoCools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Arch. This includes, but is not limited to, infrastructure deployment failures, data loss, or financial damages resulting from generated Terraform configurations.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Arch immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
