1. Information We Collect

When you sign in to Arch via your Gocools account, we collect:

• Your email address and display name (from your Gocools account profile)
• Architectures you create, including all nodes, edges, and configurations
• Cloud account credentials you choose to connect (encrypted at rest)
• Usage data such as feature interactions, session duration, and error logs

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you across the Gocools platform via single sign-on (SSO)
• To store and render your architectures
• To compile architectures into Terraform HCL and facilitate cloud deployments
• To improve the product through anonymized usage analytics
• To communicate service updates, security notices, and support messages

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Cloud account credentials are encrypted with a per-user key before storage. Architectures are stored in redundant, geographically distributed databases. We retain your data for the duration of your account active status plus 90 days after account deletion.

4. Third-Party Access

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Cloud providers you explicitly connect (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) — only for the purpose of infrastructure deployment
• Cloudflare (CDN and edge functions that serve the application)
• OCI (database hosting under our tenancy)

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@gocools.com. You can also delete your account and all associated data from the account settings page.
